As the owner of the company, it was a pleasure to work with you. You always tried to speak with us directly with any questions we had. When unavailable, you always made sure your staff got back to us with an answer to our questions in a timely manner.
Thank you for the quality crew sent out to replace our three roofs on December 8, 2023. They did an excellent job and are truly professionals, they were very respectful to us and our home. The roofs are beautiful and what a super clean up job, the best I have ever seen. Their job was not easy, they were working in 20+ mile hour winds that day.
A couple of days later the gutter crew showed up and installed the new gutters on our house and barn. Again, they were an impressive crew that reflected the utmost quality in their work with respect for us and our home. Just wish the cleanup would have been more thorough. Some nails and screws were missed at cleanup. However, I called our salesman and the crew returned immediately and cleaned up what they missed. So Awesome!
We are incredibly pleased with all the work done, thanks Dave to you and your staff’s patience and guidance through this process. We would definitely recommend your company, crews, and personnel to anyone looking for a professional job from a quality company with experienced, respectful craftsmen who provide quality and excellence.

I had Rolox replace 2 windows and remove a window a.nd install a sliding glass patio door. The crew was very professional. Also had Rolox put new siding on my house. My husband and I found Rolox when doing a google search. We were wanting to replace our back door with a sliding door for easy and convenient access to the back yard. We read the google reviews, which were really good so we submitted a request for a quote. Robert came out a few days later and measured and explained the process and all the options we could choose from. He also mentioned that if we were shopping around and received other quotes, he could pass the information on and see what could be done. We had received a quote from a different business few days prior and shared that information. David, the owner reached out same day and worked a pretty good deal with us since the door we were wanting, was in stock. Our initial quote was done on Friday the next week on Wednesday our new door was installed within hours. The smoothest process! Robert was amazing, very informational and nice guy. We even talked about family gatherings and grilling. I appreciate David for working with us and getting us on the schedule so quickly. Great company. Great service. We are very thankful!! And will use them for future services.

The sales rep was fantastic explained in detail all of the items we could get and options. He showed the demonstrations of heat transfer on the new windows versus the competition. Very professional and excellent presentation. besides he is just a nice fellow all the way around. we are contemplating another purchase now. Also the installers were very quick and proficient as well as polite, and did excellent work. Cleaned up all debris left sight cleaner than it was when they started. I was given a referral to use Rolox home services from my friends parents. Had an easy and amazing experience from start to finish. Update my house still looks amazing but... lifetime warranty. But have to pay for installation. Wish we knew what happened to the window. Set up an estimate with them and they were a no call no show. Was upset and did not want to meet with them again. The owner David called me personally to apologize and offered me a great discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that and it really showed that the owner cares about every customer. I will likely go with them when I save up enough for the siding.
My parents and I were looking for dependable and durable windows, so we chose Rolox. Rolox windows are durbale and they are also so easy to clean!! The farmhouse is over 100 years old and many of the windows were in need of replacement. Rolox Home Service, LLC in Grandview, KS (near KC) did the initial accessment, measurements and final install. Bill Rymer kept us informed along the way. What a difference in outside and inside home appearance. The increased R-value for comfort inside is a major plus. Everything from start to finish was outstanding. William was great as he went over all products with me and helped pick the best color combination to match the bathroom. The installers did a great job as well. They went over what they were Goin to do and even put tarps down on the floor to try an keep it clean

I had to my windows replaced by 2 companies in my home. These were really old windows with a single sash and counter weights from the 20's. I reviewed Renewal, tried Champion for about 10 windows, then settled on Rolox replacing the rest. By far Rolox was the best Value, Experience, Products i've seen. Many window companies had far to many escape clauses in their warranties, typically over priced. Some windows, like Champion, although their warranty was honorable, when windy they leaked as they use spray foam to seal them. Rolox windows are designed up front to not leak, like ever, and they have the highest Heat absorption rate too. All in all, the quality and experience is unsurpassed.

I had ear damage several years ago from an auto accident and left me with permanent damage to my ears which makes sound very painful. With us getting our new windows and doors it instantly blocked the loud sounds coming into our house and I now can hear thing SO MUCH better without out all the extra background noises. So, thanks Rolox Home Services for making our home so much better.

Wish we had gotten new doors and windows sooner. Our gas bill this month is basically $175, same time last year it was over $300. In July when the air conditioning is running a lot our Evergy bill was $225, the previous July it was over $500. Didn't really think we'd see such a savings but so happy we are. Fast install too!!

Once again Rolox has done an amazing job. This time they replaced my front door and back door. Michael and his partner did a great job and were very kind. I can already tell a huge difference on how my house is retaining heat downstairs and expect to see its impact on my gas usage.

Late review here but had roughly 10 new windows replaced a couple of months ago and the results are great. Timely service as well - was expecting the work to take multiple days but the workers got done in one day and no mess left behind.

Customer service, installation and quality were all outstanding! The sales team wasn’t pushy and worked with us on the price. Took around 7 weeks to get windows in and the entire installation process took a little over a day to complete.

Very good service. Windows and Lap siding look awesome. We bought our home recently. The stucco wasn’t maintained well. plus some of the windows leaked when it rained. The new windows and lap siding made a huge difference in the curb appeal of the home plus no more leaking windows.

I live in Parsons Ks and got 12 windows put into my house. I am super excited to reap the rewards of energy efficient windows. I was at work when they were installed but my fiance was impressed with the installation. (He's hard to please so that says a lot by itself, lol!) I just had 12 windows put in on the upstairs of my 1876 Queen Anne Victorian and I couldn't be happier. Rolox was easy to work with, and help me reach an affordable price. They really work with you on financing. The installers knocked out 12 windows in a matter of hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house how they found it. 10 out 10 will use again for my Main Floor.

Loved the windows replaced so much by Rolox, am editing our review to now say how glad we hired Rolox again, this time for bathroom remodel. Mom's house is very old, and having to step over the ugly tub to take a shower was starting to become a worry for her safety. We interviewed several companies, and based on our window experience with Rolox, it felt good to hire them again.Although the job took a bit longer than expected, we were happy that Rudy & Phil came to work each day with pleasant, kind attitudes, and prepared for the work. Such a relief that they knew what they were doing, and didn't have to run out to get supplies. They explained the process, and let us know each day what they were doing. Left the area picked up and as clean as they could during construction. They were super kind to Mom, and mindful that this was hard, this being the only bathroom for us all during the reconstruction.When the bathroom remodel was complete, as tired as Mom was after all that, she actually said that she felt like Rudy and Phil treated her like family, and she was very happy they had done the work. That is rare!!!As you can see, it turned out beautifully. Mom said she wasn't sure how she'd feel about the hand rail placement, and the bench, but, she's loved it all from the start. It's been almost 2 months, and she keeps commenting on how much she likes it. She feels so much safer, and the hand rails are just how she needed them. It's beautiful and brighter in there too. She sure doesn't miss that peeling tub.Thank you Rolox for sending such kind and hard working guys. So rare these days. I feel like you put some extra love in Mom's house.Pics show before, during, and after.

Rolox is an amazing company! We love the work that they did on our gutters and bathrooms. Dustin Myers is an excellent salesman, it was a pleasure to work with him.EDIT 9/12/23: While the original windows, recent new gutters and main bath turned out 'good'?, the work they did on our kitchen floor was absolutely horrible. They are coming back to fix/replace it, so that's a plus, although I can't say I am happy they never removed the original flooring...

These windows are absolutely amazing! From the start to finish the experience was extremely simple. From Dustin coming out to start and showing me the windows and explaining them and the process to me. If you have the chance to have Dustin come out to your house to show and explain the windows to you, you won’t be disappointed! Dustin is a great guy and extremely informative. The owner even called me to help and explain some of the process. When the installers arrives they actually arrived a little early, I was more than happy to let them start early. They were very easy to talk with and explained the installation with me. They were very careful with everything they did and cleaned up after. Shortly after them leaving I went back inside my residence to discover something that Dustin and other Google reviews told me, the house was instantly cooler. The temperature change inside my house was incredible! It hasn’t been this cool inside my house since I bought it without it being winter. The outside of the house has changed so much! The windows make the house look like a new house and I can’t wait to paint the outside now to see house incredible it will look with the new windows and paint! I highly recommend Rolox as the place to replace your windows!!

Rolox helped us make a more beautiful, comfortable, and energy efficient home. The whole process was fast, easy and extremely professional. The crew that came out to install the 33 windows completed it in two days! The windows were installed perfectly, with every seam sealed up to ensure 100% home efficiency. The crew laid plastic at every work space, keeping the dust and debris away and allowing them to clean up quickly. They even cleaned up every piece of garbage, outside, in the dark! They removed and then reinstalled the blinds, making the process unintrusive to our home life. After 48 hours of expertly installing the windows, you would’ve never guessed the amount of work that was completed on the house because there was no sign of dirt, leftover materials or anything. Only brand new, energy-efficient and beautiful home windows.!

We love our new windows from this professional company. We immediately saw the noise pollution diminish when they were installed. The A/C wasn't constantly running like before. The salesman was honest and trustworthy. The technicians that installed all our windows cleaned up constantly and did an outstanding job. We just had 15 Rolox windows installed and are happy with everything from start to finish. We replaced 4 in a breakfast nook and 11 in a sunroom. Wow! What a difference. Our old windows were from 1920. I loved the look but they were single-paned. These are beautiful. Just like the old kind that go with our home but with the modern convenience of tilt in to clean and double panes. The guys that came to install were very hard workers and very courteous. I just wish I could afford to do my whole house at once. My husband is wiping down some now that got wet with the sprinkler. One is off track and hard to get up and one was missing finger hold to pull the window open but I’m sure they will come fix them. Great to work with.

Unfortunately 2-3 years ago we trusted a contractor to replace our door that goes from the home to the garage. It was never good. It was never right.Choose Rolox to fix it. It looks great. Shuts perfectly and no gaps. It's just what we were needing and the color is great too.Bill was awesome. And the guys who did the install were very professional and fast... maybe took 3 hours.

The Rolox Team are awesome! We had a deck/ramp that needed painting in Grandview. My husband & I couldn't get the work done ourselves due to issues. We chose Rolox to do it and have no regrets. The job looks beautiful and Rudy the painter did a wonderful job. It definitely has curb appeal now.

Had my windows replaced a could tell a difference in the outside noise instantly. Crew came in and replaced 10 window and was done just after lunch .High recommend this company.

Dustin Myers and the Rolox crew did a wonderful job on all of our windows. You get what you pay for. Dustin checks and double checks every measurement and is very detail oriented. The crew leader even checked everything before any work was started. The quality of the windows is better than any other windows we looked at. Thank you Rolox.

What a great experience! Rolox installed 14 windows in our home along with a privacy fence. They had all the windows installed within a day and were very clean and professional. They made sure to make sure we were happy. To say the least we are very happy and absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We had a lot of stuff done including the bathroom love the walk in shower, floors, new ceiling & lights in basement & a pony wall with a pocket door (love it!) . We were able to customize things also. I still need to finish some painting myself.
